Goddell tells Vick to go away
You guys know what is going on with Vick so I am not going to explain what happened. You have to live under the rock to not know what is going on.
I am glad the commish told Vick to not to even show up to training camp. It was the proactive and ethical thing to do. Vick is a bad example to the NFL right now with him killing his own dogs, which is a tragedy itself. The NFL does not need this distraction along with the Falcons. Most importantly, Vick needs to do a lot of soulsearching because right now, his life is a mess and this goes beyond the dogfighting incident. I hope he can learn something from this and not just let this go out of the wayside. Considering the Falcons have no clue how to handle Vick's problems, the NFL had to step in and they did the right thing. The league can't make an example of PacMan Jones and let Vick get away with his thing. You can't send the wrong message about how killing dogs are acceptable. |
